is required is $500.00 and you can write the check out to decisions catering.

Q: If we were to do
the drop off service what is included with that?
A: For the drop off
service we will deliver the food to you at your specified time in all
disposable pans with plate ware & utensils as well as serving utensils. We do not provide any chafing
dishes though.
Q: What is included
in your full service for our event?
A: For the full
service catering we provide on site staffing with all the chafing dishes,
serving utensils needed and we are on premise to replenish the buffet line as
needed taking care of all aspects of the dinner service including calling
tables and clearing the plate ware & utensils (even if it’s disposable). We
will transfer all left overs to disposable pans for you to take with you if
desired.
Q: Do you provide
tastings?
A: How we provide the
tastings is through out the year we will have our
“Drive Thru Q’s at
our home base in silver springs and you are more than welcome to come out and
try some items that we offer on those day’s. We always will put those on our
decisions catering facebook page.
Q: Have you catered
in Letchworth State Park?
A: Yes we have
catered in the park many times through out the years and know all the shelters
big and small. Letchworth park is only 10 min from us as well.
Q: How far will you
travel to an event?
A: We can travel as
far as you would like us. We have been as far as Buffalo to Rochester and the Pennsylvania border and all
areas in between.
Q: Do you need a
kitchen facility at our site to cater our event?
A: No we have a fully
equipped 28 ft mobile kitchen trailer that has everything we would need to
cater any event. It has it’s own water source, electricity & propane. We
have catered in the middle of many a field before.
Q: Do you provide table linens?
A: Yes we can provide
those for your event. You can choose from a white or ivory table linen for
banquet or round tables $10.00 per linen. You can choose from multiple colors
for linen napkins $1.00 per linen.
